shipping and returns
Several shipping methods are available for Switzerland and Europe. Local pick-up is also possible in Lausanne (Boutique "Les Gens", Rue du Valentin 28, 1004 Lausanne). For international shipping (outside Europe) or wholesale, please contact me. Please note that I'm not responsible of possible importation custom duties.
I usually pack and ship items within two business days of receiving an order. If there are any potential delays to this I will notify you as soon as possible and work through a way of rectifying this in a timely manner.
I try to always keep our online store up to date. In the unlikely event that an item is purchased that is not in stock, I will notify you of this as soon as possible with information on either a refund or the production time to create the item.
Items can be damaged or lost in transit. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and notify me immediately if the package appears to be damaged. If any items arrive damaged, notify me within 5 days so that we can rectify this as soon as possible.
I create handmade products and so variation in finish and form is inevitable. If you receive an item from me that is faulty or not as described, bring this to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the item. I'll contact you to discuss about product's replacement or refunding.
